How we recruit

We insist on making our selection process as fair and productive as possible. 

If your application is successful, we will invite you to attend an initial interview where we will assess your experience against the criteria listed in the job description.

We also believe in giving candidates every opportunity to demonstrate their abilities, which is why if you are successful at interview, we may ask you to take part in a variety of exercises ranging from group discussions to psychometric assessments or invite you to attend a second interview.

Of course, during the whole process you will have plenty of opportunity to find out more about the role, the work environment, our culture and you will also get the chance to meet some of the people you will be working with.
