“I joined the Rockwool Customer Support Centre in late 2008. The main focus of my role is to ensure that customer orders are processed smoothly. I speak to colleagues in our logistics and distribution teams on a daily basis and have regular contact with technical support and sales.  My job is very interesting as I work with a wide range of customers from large distributors to small organisations.”

“I really like a challenge and have enjoyed learning about the many different types of insulation products and the ways in which these are specified for use in the construction industry.  Since joining, I have also been given sole responsibility for managing orders for our granulate product.  It feels great to think that my manager has confidence in me and that I am trusted to do a good job.”
