BREEAM

• BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) is the leading and most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings.
• BREEAM references the Green Guide as credits are awarded on a sliding scale for using building elements with particular ratings.
• The scope of a BREEAM assessment is, however, much wider than simply the materials used.

The assessment is split into nine different sections.
