Construction: Tiles/slates on 25mm counter battens on BBA approved roof breather membrane, Rockwool Flexi fitted between rafters. An airtight vapour control membrane is stapled to the underside of the rafters, with joints lapped and sealed. Ceiling finished internally with 12.5mm plasterboard.
