ROCKWOOL Acoustic Calculator

Our Acoustic calculator provides contractors and specifiers with a simple and effective way of working out the acoustic performance of insulation installed on walls, floors and roofs.

The acoustic calculator enables users to determine the noise reduction levels that could be achieved when using ROCKWOOL insulation products. With over 2,100 acoustic calculations, each with their own BIM (Building Information Modelling) objects, this calculator allows users to download and include BIM objects in their designs quickly and easily.

Our acoustic calculator is an extension of the ROCKWOOL U-value calculator and complements the BIM solution finder. The calculator provides U-value results for the calculations, if applicable, as well as graphical representations of the construction.
